Over the past year numerous individuals and groups from around the world have been coming together regularly to prepare for Festival Week 2019. Three circles of preparation operate as one united group, offering conversations and webinars in English, Russian and Spanish with more languages giving voice to keynotes and the Great Invocation. "We meet each Equinox and Solstice in silent meditation on the keynote suggested by one of the Circles. For the Aries Equinox the Western (English speaking) Circle suggested the keynote: World Group Unity. For the Cancer Solstice the Southern (Spanish speaking) Circle offered the keynote: May the invocative group work evoke aspiration in humanity. And for the Libra Equinox the Eastern (Russian speaking) Circle brought forth the keynote: Synthesis Is - Unity must be created. "
Ways are being developed to communicate and coordinate with one another before and during Festival Week 2019 with an eye on the seven year cycle leading up to Festival Week 2026. An Inter-Group bulletin board has now been published providing a shared space for events, information, and coordination. Numerous events, webinars and daily moments of united silence will be held each day of the Week. Groups are invited to complete a questionnaire adding their events to the list. "We will open the Festival Week 21 December with Solstice Silent Minute at 9 pm GMT/UTC with esoteric groups around the world holding an extended 12 minutes of silence."
