Participate privately through your own rhythm of meditation, visualization and prayer. Invoke the light, love and spiritual will of the Higher Worlds, visualizing those energies empowering the Group of all servers in the world. Suggested practices include a 5pm daily mantram; a global Minute of Silence on December 21; use the outline for the Goodwill Meditation Group; join a webinar; attend a local event or organize an event; spread the word.

Alice Bailey (1880 – 1949) was a writer and lecturer who made a major contribution to the theosophical movement, establishing a school of meditation and esoteric study.
