Numerous individuals and groups from around the world came together regularly throughout 2019 to prepare for Festival Week 2019. Three circles of preparation operate as one united group, offering conversations and webinars in English, Russian and Spanish with more languages giving voice to keynotes and the Great Invocation.
Ways were developed to communicate and coordinate with one another before and during Festival Week 2019 with an eye on the seven year cycle leading up to Festival Week 2026. An Inter-Group bulletin board was published providing a shared space for events, information, and coordination. Numerous events, webinars and daily moments of united silence were held each day of the Week. Groups were invited to complete a questionnaire adding their events to the list. "We will open the Festival Week 21 December with Solstice Silent Minute at 9 pm GMT/UTC with esoteric groups around the world holding an extended 12 minutes of silence."
